Failed generation
If a generation is marked as failed, the credits charged for that request are returned automatically to your account. This is a credit return, not an automatic refund to your payment card.
Network interruptions
A disconnected browser or a failed status check does not mean generation has failed. Check My videos before submitting another request. The request can continue after the page is closed.
Completed videos and payment questions
If a completed video has a quality problem, or you have a question about a credit purchase, contact support@bicepheart.video. Include your account email, order or request reference, and a description of the issue. We review these requests individually; the website does not automatically issue card refunds for completed videos.
