How to Make a Bicep Heart AI Video From One Photo

Choose a suitable photo, understand the video format and credits, and learn how to save your bicep heart video.

This guide explains the photo-to-video flow on Bicep Heart: one photo in, a 7-second bicep heart video out in about 5 minutes.

1. Choose your photo

Use a clear, waist-up photo of one person, facing the camera. Keep both arms visible and leave space around the body.

  • Choose good light and an uncovered face.
  • Avoid sunglasses, group photos, or a crop that cuts off the shoulders.
  • Use a photo of yourself or someone who has given permission. Celebrity and public-figure photos are not allowed.
  • The uploader accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP. Both sides must be at least 300 pixels.

The browser makes a smaller JPEG copy before uploading, with the longer side capped at 1600 pixels. Your selection and permission checkbox are saved temporarily on this device so that sign-in or checkout does not lose the photo. “Remove photo” clears that draft.

2. Sign in and choose credits

One video uses 10 credits. The one-time packs are:

  • 1 video / 10 credits: $4.99.
  • 3 videos / 30 credits: $9.99.
  • 8 videos / 80 credits: $19.99.

There is no subscription or free trial. Prices are in USD; sales tax may be added at checkout.

3. Make the video

Confirm you have permission to use the photo, then choose “Make my video.” Once a request has started, the page shows its status. If the connection drops, check My videos before submitting again.

It usually takes about 5 minutes; you can close the tab, and we email you when it's ready. AI output can vary from photo to photo. The homepage examples are real results made from AI-generated photos.

4. Download and add sound

Every video is a silent 7-second 9:16 MP4 at 720p. Use “Download MP4” to save a completed video. On browsers that support file sharing, “Save or share” opens the device's share menu.

Add your chosen sound when posting in TikTok, Reels or Shorts. We do not distribute the original trend audio.

If a request fails

A failed generation returns the credits automatically. A temporary network error while checking status does not mean the generation failed. Check the video library before starting another request.
